History - About Me
Please let me introduce myself: My name is Tracey Hayes.
My dream to retire to Florida became a reality soon after closing my jewelry store located in Massachusetts. With the move came many beads in tow. The Villages is an active community so I knew in time I would get back into the swing of things and start designing once again.
That day has arrived. I recently launched Z Jewelry Designs which consists of moderately-priced jewelry incorporating unique images under a piece of glass called a cabochon. My first creation was an eyeglass holder. With the bright sun shining, I needed a place to put my sunglasses. Pendants on stainless steel chain and bangle bracelets completed my clothing attire.
Given that I had invested in the components I expanded into accessories. A simple bookmark made the perfect gift to bring to a friend hosting a party. There are many celebrations in The Villages. Golf ball markers became the rage given the number of golf courses found in The Villages. Gate key accessories completed my collection, still befitting of a custom element.
While listening to my customers I continue to build my image collection which consists of 2000 images and growing each day. The images run the gamut from symbolic to decorative. Categories include but are not limited to military emblems, sports teams, golf, professions, political symbols, hobbies, causes, religion, pets, nature, sayings, and miscellaneous.
As I build my website you will begin to appreciate the luxury you have in selecting an image that becomes unique to whatever application you choose. Under each category is just a sampling of images; the sky is the limit to what I can put under a piece of glass. In the meantime check out Facebook for lots of photos of finished products.
