Payment:

Z Jewelry Designs accepts cash, check, or PayPal. Checks are to be made out to Z Jewelry Designs. Please send checks to: Tracey Hayes, 3302 Belcherry Loop, The Villages, FL 32163.

Orders & Lead Time:

Some items depicted in photos are available for direct sale. Others are not, but can be ordered and made with a fairly quick turn-around. Due to glue cure most items take several days to dry. Given that, custom orders usually take 5-7 days to process.

Shipping:

Items will be packaged in a box and shipped via USPS. The fee will be determined by weight.

Gift Wrapping:

For items picked up at Tracey's house, they will go into a paper bag with handles - stuffed with tissue paper. If items are individual gifts, please request to have each packaged separately. If a holiday gift, please indicate the holiday. All packaging is free to the customer.

Returns:

Given that the items are custom designed for the customer the items cannot be returned.

Damages:

All cabochons are made of glass. If dropped on a hard surface the cabochon could break. Z Jewelry Designs is not responsible for replacement for items broken by the customer.

Lost Magnets:

All items containing a Neodymium magnet will come with a card describing its usage. If a magnet is lost or broken; replacement is $2.00.

A Little About Neodymium Magnets

These magnets are very strong. In order to remove one from the other, SLIDE one away from the other. Please Do  NOT  PULL them apart. The magnets are glued in place, but if dropped on a tile floor the magnet could break. Since magnets attract metal it is best to store the item in a safe place; not near a cellphone. Keep them away from small children. If you have a pacemaker; do NOT wear the item close to your heart.
